This information certainly alleviated some of the thoughts I had - particularly about sleeping on my back AND the whole deal with having an episiotomy. I wonder if I can actually request not having one of those on my birth plan?

When I first read this post, I missed the "not" in the sentence about an episiotomy. After reading up on it at iVillage, I had to scramble quickly back here to say something like, "What the hell?!! You WANT that to happen!??" Then I re-read, and feel better about your mental health. Love ya!
LOL well it's good at least someone thinks I have good mental health. To hear me have a conversation lately, you would not think that at all! I find that I'm staring blankly alot of the time trying to remember what it was I was going to say. :\
